Jesus mixed His spit with clay to anoint blind eyes
Of a man, which, washed in Saloam's pool, saw! Surprised
Pharisees said "It's the Sabbath day - this is work!"
This made the man's parents, when questioned, dodge and shirk,
Saying "Our son was born blind - ask him how he sees!"
For they feared the power of the authorities -
The man was told "praise God, but a sinner healed thee."
He said "All I know is...I was blind, now I see"!
The Pharisees cast him out, but Jesus this one
Took, revealed Himself, and was worshipped as God's Son.
"I've come that the blind might see, and others be blind"
He said, "but those who say they see, them sin shall find".
