Christ sent His men to preach and heal as His fame spread;
Herod thought: "Is John, whom I've beheaded, not dead?"
With five loaves, two fishes, Christ fed five thousand men!
Peter told Him "You're God's Christ!" "Tell none!" He said, then
Warned He'd suffer, die, and third day from the dead...rise!
On mount, Peter, James and John saw Christ, 'fore their eyes,
Transfigured, Moses and Elias His convoy!
Next day He healed an evil-spirit tortured boy.
His men debated who'd be top. "The least!" urged Christ!
When a Samaritan town spurned Him, His men's strife
Earned His rebuke when they thought of calling down fire!
As He called men, those "looking back" too drew His ire!
