Before time you walked like others in lusts and whims
But God, rich in mercy, because of His great love,
Has raised us up as one to sit with Christ above.
Showcases of God's grace, but not by your merit,
You're saved by grace, not works, lest you should take credit.
God's handiwork, pre ordained in Christ to walk right,
You were in times past far from God, no hope your plight,
But now, by the blood of Christ, from far you're made nigh,
The wall 'twixt Gentile and Jew is broken thereby.
With Christ as corner stone, past saints the foundation,
You build a holy place for God's habitation.
