Paul, apostle through Christ and the Father, not men,
And those with me, to the Galatian brethren:
Grace and peace to you from God the Father, and Christ,
To Him be glory Who for our sins gave His life.
I marvel at your shift from the truth you had first -
All who change the gospel, e'en angels, be accursed!
I please God, not men, preaching Christ's words direct giv'n
After persecuting the church, saved, living in
Arabia, Damascus, three years; I met then
Peter (15 days) and James in Jerusalem.
Next I lived in Syria and Cilicia,
Only known by hearsay to saints in Judaea.
