New Testament

Romans Chapter 14

The weak ones among you accept, but don't cross words
If one eats anything, another, only herbs.
Don't judge each one another, you are all God's own,
If one treats a day specially, leave him alone.
It's to God one honours a day or fails to eat,
And we all shall account before Christ's judgement seat.
Do nothing to cause a brother to fall - you must realize
All meats are clean, save to those who think otherwise.
God's Kingdom is not about meat and drink, nay, most
It's righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Still, don't eat or drink if others are offended;
All is pure, but only if by faith commended.
