One sabbath, Antioch, Turkey, in synagogue,
Paul preached to both Jews and gentiles, from psalms quoting,
Christ's deity and resurrection promoting.
Next sabbath jealous Jews cursed when a crowd appeared!
"We turn to the Gentiles!" the apostles declared!
Many were saved, but due to the Jews' commotion
Paul and Barnabas left, thence to Iconium.
