To the seven churches in Asia: grace and peace,
Glory to Him who's loved us, made us kings and priests!
He cometh with clouds, Him whom every eye shall see:
"I'm the first and the last", saith the Almighty.
I John was in the isle of Patmos the Lord's day
When a great voice like a trumpet called me away...
"What you see, write to the seven churches a book"
I saw seven gold candlesticks when I turned to look,
In the midst Jesus, shining, seven stars in hand,
Angels of the seven churches, His to command.
