Laying on of hands, resurrection, judgement) truisms.
Those who've tasted, then rejected, Heaven's new life
Cannot repent, since once more they'd crucify Christ.
Watered ground, fruitful, is blessed; if bearing thorns, burnt,
But we believe in your case lessons have been learnt.
God won't forget your works of love, but no slacking,
Like Abraham, endure for God's promised blessing -
To us heirs God confirmed it - swore by self, no less,
So by His promise and oath there's sure hope He'll bless.
Safe refuge and anchor within the veil doth beck,
Our High Priest's gone before, made like Melchizedek.
