Titus

1 : Paul, to "son": re elders, rules for ordaining;
2 : role for older saints; rules for godly living;
3 : submission to authorities should take place;

Footnote
Titus was probably a Gentile from Antioch (Galatians 2:3) who was converted to Christ by the apostle Paul (Titus 1:4). He was one of Paul's traveling companions, and after Paul's release from his first Roman imprisonment, they travelled together to Crete, where Paul left him behind to oversee the organisational work there (Titus 1:5). This letter to him contains plenty of excellent practical advice for the Christian leader.
