The Spirit shows in the last days some'll heed lying
Devils: marriage, eating certain foods, forbiding.
God made all - eat with thanks, sanctify with prayer;
Remind men such, and you'll be a good minister.
Ignore fables; but exercise to godliness,
Which profits e'en in death - body workouts much less!
We work, suff'ring reproach, through trusting God - for each,
Specially believers, He's the Saviour - this teach.
Let none despise thy youth, but an example be
In word, lifestyle, love, spirit, faith, and purity.
Till I come, read, exhort, teach; neglect not your gift
Giv'n by hands laid. For your sake and others', don't drift!
