From the Mount of Olives, Jesus travelled third class - Entered Jerusalem on a colt and an ass! He thus fulfilled prophecy; while priests protested Children praised Him - Jesus said they'd praise perfected! The Temple's merchants, moneychangers - He chased these, And said they'd changed God's pray'r house to a den of thieves! Bethany-lodged, next morn Christ a barren fig tree Cursed, and it withered. "Faith can move mountains!" said He. The chief priests and elders were always nitpicking, But in the end it was Jesus Who did the tricking. He spoke parables against them, which when they heard Would've seized Him, but due to the crowds caution preferred.
